Precautions for the construction of rubber floor
Introducing the base treatment and installation precautions of rubber floor:
Base treatment
It is forbidden to install at a site temperature below 10℃. All base floors must be dry, flat, crack-free, well-structured, and clean. No dust, paint, paraffin, lubricating oil, grease, asphalt, rotten adhesives and other foreign impurities.
The rubber floor adopts seamless splicing, the splicing seams are straight, smooth, firmly bonded, and there is no obvious color difference in appearance. The humidity of the base floor should be less than 3%, and the base floor with a humidity higher than 3% shall not be recommended. If such humidity is higher than 3%, waterproofing should be carried out in accordance with industrial standards. Surface unevenness within 5 mm can be leveled with self-leveling after primer coating.
Paste precautions
Use A5 toothed scraper for rubber floor panels below 2.5 mm thick. Rubber floor panels above 2.5 mm thick use A2 or A5 toothed scraper according to the different backing structures. When the ground has high requirements for compression and impact resistance, apply glue on both sides of the base and the back of the floor material. Avoid sunlight before the glue solidifies. When operating according to the above method, you must also follow the construction guidelines of the floor material supplier. Avoid construction below 15 degrees Celsius and above 75% relative air humidity.
